im in my lab.... not complaining abt my envi... but the task im given.. all along i was given a task to isolate as much tRNA as possible.. so last dec hols..wat i did is keep isolating.. each isolation procedure takes like 4 full days.. any step tat gone failed means u waste yr 4 days.. den i went back during this may to continue but i was given another thing to do... now i was asked to isolate tRNA again..i dun mind of cuz...
but.... now..this is my last try b4 i say byebye to this lab... i hope i can get at least something pleasing..sufficient amt of tRNA.. from the start...there seem to be many problems.. machine problems.. all the machine i wanna use.. all spoil even b4 i used it... damn... den today... i have to isolate tRNA which takes ard 14h.. so ya...i did till last step when i nd to use the vacuum.. but apparently..tat vacuum in lcf lab has spoiled... but they refuse to repair it... so i was asked to stand on a chair..press hard on the cover and start the machine... so i put the tubes under my mentor's supervision... she den say.. should be ok.. so i walked away..leave it to spin.. 10s later..i hear something... the tubes all fall out.. the pellet inside it seem so meagre... my 2 long days of work... SIANZ... i duno... now i took the tubes out..it appear to me still have a little bit of pellet.. so i took a gamble.. running gel now..see got things notz.. told my mentor.. she tell me..“这么你那么倒霉".... piang..我也想知道。。。
argggg.....fated.... i nd a break...
