a quick preview of this trip's high/low-lights so far:
1.KaohsiunG
Highlights: Getting enlightenment from FoGuangShan, receiving mangoes from taxi driver, taking the ferris wheel at Dream mall, cycling in Cijin, getting stranded in Meinong, boatride along Love River
Low lights: Long journey bus ride, infrequent buses, didnt explore Kenting as much as we hoped..sigh..
2.Chiayi(Rueili)
Highlights: Firefly watching, Peach plucking, super relaxed accomodation at Rensheng Holiday resort, Ruetai Old trail, Fencihu Lunch Box.
Lowlights: Didnt catch the sunrise due to rainy weather,long and winding journey up the hill makes us dizzy..haha
3.Taichung
Highlights: Wore Paiwan aboriginal costumes, participated in aboriginal Tsou tribe dance, made a ceramic cup and a memorable duckie figurine, fed milk to cows and grass to goats, get to know a friend from Tsou tribe
Lowlights: Nil..it was very relaxed except for the frequent rains
4.Hualien
Highlights: saw the beauty of Taroko, bought many yummy muahchees, watched Ah Mei tribe aboriginal dances
Lowlights: rainy weather
5.Taipei
Highlights:Scenic view from Taipei 101, FLower world in Tashee Blooming Oasis and Tomita farm,watched Guess Show and met my friends over there( Jacky even said dear is handsome and he tried to recommend me a celebrity as boyfriend.. hahaha.. i wonder if this section will be filmed), saw the queen's head of Yehliu,watched Guang Liang concert in Danshuei Fisherman's Wharf(this is really too coincident and i must say he rocks!),saw a rainbow at the most northern part of Taiwan known as Bitou... (more adventure to come..)
Lowlights: rainy weather
I have taken numerous pics..duno when to start..haha..i have much to say..and yup.. will update again once i come home to sg..no doubt the rain frustrates us, but ultimately we still cover the planned destinations..
will be creating a blog specially for this taiwan trip!
so yup..jus keep a look out yea!
