When is the last time u've thrown a temper that seems uncontrollable?

Mine happened just yesterday. A seemingly small matter causes many hidden problems to surface all at once. There are many ifs, but those are too late to mention. And possibly by knowing all the ifs, then we werent be the same 4.5years later.
