Marutama Ramen1st try...stunning ajitsuke egg(if i did get the name correct)..the best so far which Ive tried..char siew that melts in your mouth..impressive..
but the soup and noodles did not wow me unlike the collage ramen @ Kyonichi
TCC@ Clarke Quay Central..a place for total relaxation..a great avenue for hearty chats over a cup of Calming Spirit Tea..highly recommended!
